Cycling

Our farm connects directly with an extensive cycle path network, for either leisurely bike rides through the vineyards and orchards of the valley, or adrenaline filled tours along stunning mountain paths. The diverse landscape promises something for every biker. The cycle path leads along the riverbank of the Adige through the apple orchards and vineyards towards Merano, and then into the Vinschgau Valley all the way to the Reschen Pass. For the more adventurous biker you can continue to the Stelvio Pass at an elevation of 2,757 m above sea level. Another option would be to cycle into the idyllic Passeier Valley and then up to the Timmelsjoch (2,509 m) or on to the Jaufen Pass (2,094 m) and then back through the Sarntal or Eisacktal Valley. To the south, a cycle path leads to the beautiful Lake Garda, or in a northeasterly direction to the Eisacktal Valley towards Bressanone and on through the Pustertal Valley to Lienz. In many places there is the option to return by train.

Thanks to the mild Mediterranean climate, you can cycle in the Adige Valley all year round.

Swimming 

Cool off on hot summer days in our saltwater pool or in one of the beautiful lakes in the area open to bathers, such as Lake Kaltern or Lake Montiggl. In Nals there is a public outdoor swimming pool a 3-minute walk away.

Golfing 

Golfing in South Tyrol is an experience not to be missed!  The beautiful mountain scenery sets the perfect scene for golfers and nature lovers. South Tyrol offers 3 beautiful 18-hole courses, 5 9-hole courses and 5 practice facilities. In our local area you can find:
