Custom built – comfort; every step of the way

We love modern architecture and yet we wanted to work in harmony with the environment and surrounding farmland. Taking these aspects into account, we created an architecturally attractive building with three ultramodern, high-quality apartments in the heart of our orchards. The use of organic materials was a top priority for us.

While away the hours on the sun terrace 

In addition, it was of great importance to us that each apartment had its own private, covered outdoor area. Enjoy the first rays of sunshine with breakfast, an afternoon siesta or the candlelit, balmy summer evenings on the spacious terraces, each with its own stunning panoramic view of the Adige Valley and the surrounding mountains.

Rooms for sun lovers 

Bringing lots of light and the vibrant landscape into the house was just as essential to us. Thanks to the abundance of glass and the surrounding gardens, the inside and outside become one.  Unwind and bask in the joy of living in a light, airy space surrounded by nature.
