      Apartment Anna: \u20ac 130,00 - \u20ac 255,00 per night <\/strong><\/p>\n

      Aparment Emma: \u20ac 110,00 - \u20ac 180,00 per night

      The prices are based on two people and a minimum stay of 4 nights. For each additional person we charge \u20ac20 per night per day, for children under 14 we charge \u20ac 15 per night.<\/p>\n

      Electricity, heating and final cleaning are included in the price.<\/p>\n

      On 1 January 2014, the local tourist tax was introduced in South Tyrol. The local tax is levied per guest per night and amounts to 2,00 euros. Children under 14 are exempt from the levy. The local tax is not included in the quoted price and can only be paid in cash on site.<\/p>\n

      Please understand that pets are not allowed.<\/p>\n

      Smoking is not permitted in our apartments.<\/p>\n

      Arrival and departure
      \n<\/strong><\/p>\n

      On the day of arrival you can enter your apartment from 2 p.m. onwards. On your departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9.30 a.m.\u00a0 We would ask you to inform us in advance in case of a late arrival after 6 p.m.<\/p>\n

      Please note: arrival on Sundays or public holidays is not possible, we thank you for your understanding.<\/p>\n

      A deposit of \u20ac300 is required via bank transfer to reserve your apartment.\u00a0 The remaining balance should either be paid by bank transfer prior to your stay, or in cash upon arrival.\u00a0 Please note: in Italy there is a maximum limit on cash payments of \u20ac 1.999.00.<\/p>\n
